This Privacy Policy explains how MoboComics (“the app”, “we”) treats information when you use the MoboComics photo editing application and this website. By using the app or site, you acknowledge this policy. If you have questions, write to kanalightcompany@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

2. Photos and files on your device

To let you choose, transform, light, contrast, and crop a picture, the app needs access to photos or files you select. Those pictures stay under your control on your device for the editing you start. We do not ask you to create an account to use the core editing tools shown in the app.

We do not use this website contact form to upload your photos. Notes typed on the website remain on the page unless you also send email yourself.

3. Information we may receive

If you email us, we receive the address and content you send so we can reply. If you write through a store listing or device support channel, that platform’s own rules also apply.

The app may process limited technical information needed to run on your device, such as general device or system details used for stability. This policy does not claim collection of names, precise location, contacts, or payment data unless you later choose to send them to us by email.

4. How information is used

Selected photos are used only to provide the editing tools you open: transform, light and contrast, and crop. Email you send is used only to respond to your request. We do not sell your information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect the app, users, or others from harm. Store platforms, device makers, and your email provider have their own privacy terms for services they operate.

6. Storage and security

Edited pictures remain on your device unless you save, share, or back them up with tools you choose. We take reasonable care with email we receive, but no method of transmission is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

You can deny or withdraw photo access in your device settings. You can delete the app and pictures stored on your device at any time. You may ask us about, correct, or delete personal information you have sent by email, subject to legal limits.

8. Children

MoboComics is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
