User Agreement

Effective date: 17 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the MoboComics photo editing application and this website. By installing or using MoboComics, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

MoboComics provides local photo editing tools, including choosing a photo, transform (rotate, flip, reset, replace), light and contrast, and crop. Features not shown in the app should not be assumed. The app is provided as available and may change as we update it.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region, or use the app only with a parent or guardian’s consent. You are responsible for how you use MoboComics on your device.

3. Your photos

Pictures you open, edit, or save remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to edit the photos you choose. You must not use the app to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not allowed to handle.

4. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MoboComics on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or wrap the app except where the law forbids us from limiting that.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. Do not upload or process content that violates law or third-party rights. You are responsible for backups of your photos before editing.

6. Intellectual property

The MoboComics name, interface, and original materials belong to the operator. Your photos and edits remain yours. This website and the app do not transfer ownership of either side’s materials.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We do not promise that every photo, device, or crop ratio will work without issue. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost photos, device problems, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Some regions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, pause, or stop parts of the app or website. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The effective date at the top will be revised when the terms change.
